Paying for Yer Treasure (Payments)

1. What forms of treasure do ye accept?
We accept modern doubloons via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Secure yer transactions with ease!
2. Is me payment information safe with ye?
Aye, it be safer than a locked treasure chest! We use secure encryption to protect yer financial details. We don’t keep yer full card information on our ship.

Shipping & Delivery Voyages

1. How do ye get me treasure to me?
We offer two main shipping voyages:
  • The Swift Schooner (Standard Shipping): $12.95. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Yer order be processed in 1-2 days, then delivered within 10-15 days after shipment.
  • The Patient Galleon (Free Shipping): For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Yer order be processed in 1-2 days, then delivered within 15-25 days after shipment.
2. Where in the seven seas do ye deliver?
We ship worldwide, matey! From Boston to Bangkok! However, due to treacherous logistics, we cannot deliver to some remote islands and certain parts of Asia. If ye be unsure, send us a message!
3. Will I be able to track me ship… I mean, package?
Aye! Once yer treasure ship sets sail, we’ll send ye a tracking number via email. Ye can follow its journey across the digital seas right to yer port!

Returns & Exchanges

1. What if me treasure isn’t what I expected?
Shiver me timbers! We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 15 days of receivin’ yer order. Contact our crew, and we’ll guide ye through a smooth return or exchange. Yer satisfaction be our top priority!
2. Who pays for the return voyage?
