How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Send a Message to Our Crew: Within 15 days of receiving yer order, send us a request using the template below to [email protected]. Our support crew will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
- Prepare Yer Cargo: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of yer order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our headquarters at:

Boston, US 02110⚠️ Note: Ye be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect yer returned item (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process yer refund or exchange. Ye’ll receive an email confirmation when complete.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
⚠️ Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Items That Cannot Be Returned Important
To protect our crew from scallywags, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Pirate Jewelry (Bague Pirate, Boucles d’Oreilles Pirates, Bracelet Pirate, Collier Pirate)
- Pirate Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (Cache Oeil Pirate, Crochet Pirate)
- Intimate Apparel and Costume Elements (Déguisement Pirate items)
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

If ye need a different size or color, we’ll be happy to exchange yer item subject to availability. If the item ye want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
