Order Processing

After ye place yer order, our crew needs 1-2 business days to prepare yer cargo for shipment. Ye’ll receive a confirmation email with trackin’ details once yer order has set sail from our headquarters.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want ye to be completely satisfied with yer plunder. If for any reason ye aren’t happy with yer purchase, we’ll be glad to help ye with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving yer order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Send a Message to Our Crew: Within 15 days of receiving yer order, send us a request usin’ the template below to [email protected]. Our support crew will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
  2. Prepare Yer Cargo: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of yer order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the package to our headquarters at:

⚠️ Note: Ye be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend usin’ a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive and inspect yer returned item (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process yer refund or exchange. Ye’ll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
⚠️ Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return be due to our error.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To protect our crew from scallywags, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pirate Jewelry (Bague Pirate, Boucles d’Oreilles Pirates, Bracelet Pirate, Collier Pirate)
  • Pirate Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (Cache Oeil Pirate, Crochet Pirate)
  • Intimate Apparel and Costume Elements (Déguisement Pirate items)
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges

If ye need a different size or color, we’ll be happy to exchange yer item subject to availability. If the item ye want be out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Note: For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive and process yer return. Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange be due to our error.
