⚠️ Important Note on Returns: To protect our crew from scallywags, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pirate Jewelry (Bague Pirate, Boucles d’Oreilles Pirates, Bracelet Pirate, Collier Pirate)
  • Pirate Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (Cache Oeil Pirate, Crochet Pirate)
  • Intimate Apparel and Costume Elements (Déguisement Pirate items)
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items

3. Ordering Yer Plunder

When ye place an order with us:

  • Ye warrant that ye be at least 18 years old
  • Ye provide accurate and complete information
  • Ye acknowledge that some items may be unavailable after ye place yer order
  • Ye’ll receive a confirmation email once yer order be processed

All orders be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

4. Payment Terms

All payments be processed securely. We don’t store yer payment information on our ship. Prices be as displayed on the website, but we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Shipping Yer Cargo

We be deliverin’ to most ports, but note we don’t be deliverin’ to some remote islands and parts of Asia.

Order Processing: After ye place yer order, our crew needs 1-2 business days to prepare yer cargo for shipment.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Ye’ll receive trackin’ details once yer order has set sail from our headquarters. Delivery times be estimates only, and we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want ye to be completely satisfied with yer plunder. If for any reason ye aren’t happy with yer purchase, we’ll be glad to help ye with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving yer order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Send a Message to Our Crew within 15 days of receiving yer order
  2. Prepare Yer Cargo in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  3. Ship It Back to our headquarters with the return authorization number we provide

⚠️ Note: Ye be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend usin’ a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive and inspect yer returned item (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process yer refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
